This is a full-time on-site role as a Private Event Coordinator at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge. As a Private Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and managing private events, communicating with clients, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing event logistics, and driving sales. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of events and create memorable experiences for our clients.

  • Event Planning, Event Management, and Sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in event planning or hospitality industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field is a plus
